Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment to Custom, Made-to-Order Products

Every product at Overland Designs is custom-made to order based on your specific requests. Because of the personalized nature of our products, they cannot be restocked or resold. Therefore, we have a strict refund and cancellation policy.

By placing an order on overlanddesigns.com, you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.

1. All Sales Are Final

Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for any reason. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

2. Damages, Defects, or Fitment Issues

We stand by the quality of our work. Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  • Reporting Window: Any claims for defective or damaged items, fitment issues, missing items, or incorrect items must be reported to us via email at sales@overlanddesigns.com within 10 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking number.
  • Required Evidence: Your email must include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence.
  • Our Solution: If we determine the issue is a result of our error, we will provide a replacement of the affected item(s). We do not offer refunds. Claims submitted after the 10-day reporting window will not be eligible for a replacement.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Carrier-Damaged Packages

Overland Designs is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx) after they leave our facility.

  • Claims Process: If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, the responsibility for filing a claim lies with the customer and the shipping carrier. We will provide any documentation necessary to assist you with your claim.
  • Replacements: A replacement for a lost or damaged order will only be sent after the shipping carrier has formally approved and paid out the insurance claim. We will not send a replacement until this official resolution is achieved.
  • No Refunds: We do not, under any circumstances, issue refunds for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged by a third-party shipping carrier.

4. Manufacturing Delays

On rare occasions, a part required for your custom build may be out of stock or delayed by our suppliers. If this occurs, we will contact you immediately to discuss the revised timeline and available options. Supplier-related delays do not make an order eligible for cancellation or a refund.
