Shipping policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping and Handling charges are based on the following:

  • The weight, size and dimensions of your items
  • Your location 
  • Orders are normally shipped via UPS, or USPS

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and make your item(s) for shipment. Not all pre-wrapped trim panels are stocked in-house and will require us to obtain them from various dealer sources. Dealer delivery times may vary, and may add up to 10 additional business days to your order's processing time.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

  • 1-10 Business days for order process and manufacturing
  • 1-7 Business days transit time for US continental shipments *
  • 5-30 Business days transit time for international shipments *

      * Additional delays, such as due to weather or carrier issues; may occur that can affect estimated delivery times. Delays that are out of our control do not warrant a refund or order cancellation. 

If an item is lost or damaged by a shipping carrier. We are not able to file a claim directly, you will have to initiate the claim or we will have to submit a claim through Shopify. Only AFTER the claim has been approved from Shopify, or you have received a payment from the shipping carrier, will we work with you to replace the lost/damaged item(s). No replacements will be sent until such resolution has been achieved. 

We do NOT, under any circumstances refund your order cost for lost, stolen, or damaged packages from USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx. 

Please do not place an order with us unless these policies are completely understood. 

International Shipping:

Our shipping fees DO NOT include ANY additional Customs, Duties, VAT and Brokerage fees charged by the shipping company and/or by your countries Customs Department. Most shipping companies will require that these fees are paid prior or after delivering the shipment to your shipping address. Please check with the Customs Department for your country with the order total if you do need an estimation of these fees prior to placing your order. Brokerage fees can be extremely high (sometimes more than the actual product). There may be an option to self-clear your item, but we have no information on how to do that. Please be proactive once you receive your tracking number.

If you do not pay your international fees and your items is returned to us, the order will NOT be refunded. You will need to pay for the shipping again, plus all additional fees that we paid on our behalf to return the product to us.
